Key Responsibilities- Design and deploy complex, multi-step Oracle Journeys.
- Create and manage content using Oracle Guided Learning tools.
- Integrate contextual help and guidance within Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective learning solutions.
Required Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Guided Learning, Journeys, and Guided Journeys.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Guided Learning tools, including content creation and contextual help integration.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying complex Oracle Journeys.
Education: Bachelors Degree
