THE WORK:
As a Core Workstream Lead Lead, you will be responsible for driving delivery excellence and leading critical components of Oracle HCM programs. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the Oracle HCM Core HR workstream, including organizational structures, workforce lifecycle processes, and employee data management
Overseeing project phases including design, build, test, and deployment, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, and quality expectations
Acting as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and recommendations
Managing cross-functional dependencies across HCM modules (Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, etc.) to ensure integrated solutions
Leading workshops to gather, validate, and refine business requirements
Ensuring adherence to best practices, governance standards, and compliance requirements
Coaching and mentoring team members, fostering capability development and knowledge sharing
Supporting business development activities, including solutioning, proposals, and client presentations
WHAT YOU’LL NEED (Basic Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with deep expertise in Core HR
Proven experience leading workstreams or large functional tracks in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
Strong understanding of HR processes (hire-to-retire lifecycle, organizational design, workforce structures)
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and lead client-facing engagements
Experience delivering projects in a consulting or professional services environment
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE (Preferred Skills):
Oracle Cloud HCM certifications (Core HR or related modules)
Experience integrating Core HR with downstream modules such as Payroll, Absence, and Talent
Exposure to Canadian HR processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
Strong leadership and people development capabilities
Experience contributing to sales pursuits, solutioning, or practice development
