YOU ARE:

A motivated Oracle HCM professional with experience in Talent Management modules, including Performance Management, Goals, Succession Planning, and Learning. You are passionate about helping organizations improve how they attract, develop, and retain talent.

You bring:

  • Strong functional understanding of talent processes and HR best practices

  • Experience working on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or enhancements

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and stakeholders

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions

THE WORK:

As an Oracle HCM Talent Management Consultant, you will support the delivery of client engagements and contribute to successful HCM implementations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle HCM Talent Management modules (Performance, Goals, Succession, Learning)

  • Gathering business requirements and translating them into functional system designs

  • Assisting with workshops, solution demonstrations, and client discussions

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, etc.) to ensure integrated solutions

  • Supporting testing activities (SIT, UAT), including test script creation and execution

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements

  • Contributing to documentation, training materials, and knowledge sharing

  • Supporting senior team members in project delivery and client communications

WHAT YOU9;LL NEED (Basic Qualifications):

  • Bachelor9;sdegreeor completion of a college program in a related discipline

  • Minimum 2 65 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with exposure to Talent Management modules

  • Experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or system enhancements

  • Understanding of HR talent processes (performance management, succession, learning, etc.)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company9s activities to avoid this requirement.
