Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Specialist to support, configure, and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor (OTL), Absence Management, and Reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, with hands-on experience in Payroll processing, Benefits Administration, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), HCM Extracts, and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). The candidate will work closely with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations, reporting, compliance, and system integrations.
