As an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Recruitment Support - Project Delivery Senior Analyst you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you'll do/Responsibilities

At Deloitte our client is going through an HCM modernization effort and as part of this effort they are looking at various HCM cloud SMEs to help with getting through redwood, adopt GenAI features and also solve module specific issues, enhancements for them.
  • Design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions with a focus on Oracle HCM SaaS products
  • Drive improvements and optimizations within the Oracle HCM platform, particularly in ORC & ONB modules
  • Provide functional and technical support for Oracle HCM ORC/ONB as needed
  • Maintain and manage business processes, documentation, JIRA practices, and Service Request (SR) tracking
  • Gain hands-on experience with Oracle OTBI, HDL/HSDL, and other relevant tools
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and release management practices to mitigate risk
  • Safeguard data privacy and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
The Team

The Organization Transformation practice is about transforming the organization to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization's culture, modernizing specific functions, re-designing the organization structure, and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.

Qualifications

Required
  • 3+ year experienced in Oracle HCM Cloud support
  • 3+ years of experience working in ORC/ONB, Oracle tools
  • 3+ years of experience in redwood adoption
  • exposure to GenAI features and adoption
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

This compensation range is specific to New Jersey and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,875 to $163,125.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
