Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM implementation experience with expertise in Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, and Cost Management.
• Experience delivering Oracle SCM solutions in Life Sciences, Biotech, or Diagnostics environments.
• Strong understanding of GxP requirements, including validation processes and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance related to SCM configurations.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end SCM workstreams, covering fit-gap analysis, process design, UAT, and go-live support.
• Capable of working directly with clients to document business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion configurations.
• Preferred familiarity with lot/serial number traceability, quality holds, and regulated inventory practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects focusing on key functional areas.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and design business processes for SCM.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide go-live support to clients.
• Engage with clients to document and validate business requirements.
