The Oracle Fusion Recruiting Lead directs the functional review, redesign, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud (ORC) for a healthcare enterprise. This role bridges talent acquisition strategy and system capability to reduce time-to-fill, improve candidate conversion, and ensure compliance across complex clinical and non-clinical hiring pipelines.
Key Responsibilities- Workflow & Configuration Optimization: Audit existing ORC architecture and redesign Candidate Selection Processes (CSPs), requisition templates, automated job postings, and offer approval workflows.
- Healthcare Process Alignment: Tailor recruitment flows to handle high-volume non-clinical roles alongside credential-heavy clinical positions (e.g., license verifications, background screening integrations, specialized onboarding handoffs).
- Experience & Efficiency Enhancements: Optimize internal/external career sites, recruiter dashboards, automated candidate communications, and interview scheduling to eliminate administrative friction.
- Integration & Analytics: Partner with technical teams to enhance integrations with third-party vendors (assessment, background check, credentialing) and build actionable OTBI/BIP reporting dashboards for talent acquisition leadership.
- Advisory & Delivery Leadership: Lead stakeholder discovery sessions with clinical leadership, manage design playback workshops, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and drive change enablement.
Key Qualifications- 4+ years proven lead experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementations or post-go-live optimization projects.
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, security profiles, CSP configurations, and fast formulas.
- Healthcare industry experience navigating clinical hiring requirements, joint commission/compliance standards, and credentialing workflows.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and client-facing consulting skills.
