Job Description:- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Provide support and enhancements for Oracle Advanced Collections (OAC), including strategy setup, scoring, dunning plans, and collections workflows.
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports to support business operations and decision-making.
- Configure and maintain Oracle Territory Management (OTM) rules, hierarchies, and assignment processes.
- Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Functional, DBAs, Developers) for resolution.
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity across systems.
- Support integrations between Oracle modules and external systems.
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, and testing activities (unit, integration, UAT).
- Document system processes, configurations, and support procedures.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
Basic Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of implementation experience in Oracle Financial Receivables and Collections
- HS Diploma/GED
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Similar
