Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Fusion Solutions Architect to lead enterprise Finance transformation initiatives and Oracle ERP programs. This role combines strategic program leadership with deep expertise in Finance processes and Oracle ERP platforms to deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end Finance transformation programs, align business objectives with ERP capabilities, and lead cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, and IT.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Finance transformation programs across multiple workstreams.
• Establish and manage program governance, project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Drive accountability across cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, IT, and external partners.
• Ensure program execution remains aligned with business objectives and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead Finance transformation initiatives across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement standardized Finance processes and best practices.
• Lead Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation, stabilization, and transformation initiatives.
• Align Finance business process designs with Oracle ERP capabilities and enterprise architecture.
• Coordinate closely with functional and technical delivery teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Define, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Finance transformation initiatives.
• Measure and improve business outcomes, including financial close cycle, working capital, cash flow, and forecast accuracy.
• Develop corrective action plans to address delivery risks and maintain program objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing program updates, status reporting, and escalation management.
• Build strong partnerships with Finance leadership and executive teams through transparent communication and disciplined execution.
• Assess current-state transformation progress, identify delivery gaps, and establish actionable roadmaps for successful program execution.
• Deliver early business improvements while driving long-term Finance transformation strategy.
Required Qualifications
• 15-18 years of experience in program management, Finance transformation, ERP delivery, or related enterprise transformation roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional Finance transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in project and program management methodologies.
• Deep understanding of Finance business processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Extensive experience with Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Experience leading ERP implementation, transformation, or stabilization initiatives.
• Experience delivering enterprise programs within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, and IT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on program execution.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience serving as a Program Manager, Transformation Lead, ERP Program Director, or Finance Transformation Delivery Lead.
• Experience in consulting or enterprise transformation leadership roles.
• Experience working directly with Finance executives and senior business leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise Finance modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, performance metrics, and value realization strategies for large-scale ERP transformation programs.
