Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Analyst
Job Description:

The Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Analyst is a key member of a highly collaborative production support team responsible for keeping our enterprise systems stable, reliable, and continuously improving. This role combines hands-on production support with strong techno-functional expertise and a team-first mindset.

You'll work closely with fellow analysts, developers, business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, deliver enhancements, and ensure our Oracle Supply Chain systems effectively support the business. Success in this role depends on strong collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and a willingness to partner across teams to solve problems together.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Provide production support for the Oracle Supply Chain Suite ERP while partnering closely with business users and IT teams to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with functional leads, developers, and support peers to analyze problems, coordinate fixes, and deliver system enhancements
  • Act as a trusted team resource - sharing knowledge, mentoring less-experienced colleagues, and contributing to a strong team culture
  • Participate in team discussions, incident reviews, and problem-solving sessions to drive consistent and high-quality support outcomes
  • Use SQL and data analysis to support root cause analysis and inform team decisions
  • Contribute ideas and best practices to improve processes, reduce recurring issues, and strengthen overall system support


What We're Looking For:
  • Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
  • Designs and develops software solutions to meet business requirements. Manages full software development life cycle including testing, implementation, and auditing. Performs product design, bug verification, and beta support, which may require research and analysis. Operates under moderate supervision. Usually reports to the Manager of Software Development.
  • Execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and applications. Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Coding, developing, and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle. Participate in software upgrades, revisions, fixes and patches as mandated by the vendor.

Work Arrangement: Fully In Office: Monday-Friday

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
