We are currently looking for an
Oracle EPM Systems Analyst for an excellent opportunity in our Corporate Financial Systems department. In this role, you will be responsible for the production support, maintenance, and enhancement of our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) landscape. We are seeking technical expertise in key EPM modules, an analytical mindset for troubleshooting issues, and enthusiasm for optimizing financial system workflows.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Support & Administration: Provide primary production support for Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close) and related EPM applications.
- Master Data Management: Utilize Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM) to govern and maintain master data, organizational hierarchies, and the chart of accounts.
- System Optimization & Logic: Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Calculation Scripts and Member Formulas to support business rules and financial logic.
- Issue Resolution: Leverage strong troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of data kickouts, out-of-balance issues, and system errors, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- End-User Support: Provide end-user support for SmartView and assist with reporting needs, including building and managing dynamic Dashboards and standard EPM Reports.
- Process Improvement: Assist in implementing system enhancements to increase the efficiency of the financial close and planning processes, including managing workflows through Task Manager.
Qualifications:- Required:
- 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance with 2-3+ years of hands-on experience as a Systems Analyst or Administrator within the Oracle EPM suite, specifically with FCCS and/or EDM.
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task to accomplish project deadlines while managing day-to-day activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Preferred:
- Banking or financial services industry experience.
- Experience supporting Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) or Profitability and Cost Management (PCM).
- Strong proficiency in building integrations, managing master data, and writing business rules (Calculation Scripts/Member Formulas).
- Knowledge of or experience with Generative AI tools.
- A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
Location:This position is fully in office (5 days a week) in
Midvale, Utah or
Houston, Texas.
