The 1LMX Finance Applications Team is hiring an ERP Business Analyst, Senior with a strong Oracle EPM background to support the overhaul of our business application systems.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the Oracle EPM Application Security & Access Management Lead, you will work with the team to capture Security role requirements, translate to Security role design in partnership with Organization Change Management (OCM), build & test roles with business resources, and ultimately lead the provisioning & access management process across all the 1LMX Oracle EPM pods/instances.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
• Leading the security roles build, test, deploy, & maintenance process across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Leading the security requirements gathering process, partnering with Functional Leads & Business Area stakeholders.
• Leading the security role design, based on above requirements, in partnership with Organizational Change Management (OCM) for future-state role frameworks.
• Leading the application security & access management process across all Oracle EPM pods/instances, partnering with IT Business Analysts/Admins as needed.
• Managing the provisioning process to all Oracle EPM pods/instances, abiding by the principle of 'Least Privilege' and 'Segregation of Duties' in accordance with SOX requirements.

Further Information About This Opportunity:
This is a fully remote position, but will require travel during Design/Build cycles & during active Integrated Testing (ITC) or User Acceptance Testing (UAT) timelines.
Basic Qualifications
• Experience with software development methodologies (such as agile or waterfall)
• Experience across Oracle EPM modules, including: Long Range Planning, Contract Status Reporting, Short Term Cash Forecast, Forward Pricing, Indirect Budget, Financial Close & Consolidations, & Tax Reporting
• Significant experience managing Oracle EPM application security & access management processes
• Experience with capturing security requirements & translating to role design, in partnership with Organizational Change Management (OCM)
• Experience with security role build, test, deploy, & maintenance activities
• Experience in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related fields
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• US Citizenship is required due to system access
Desired skills
• Familiarity with Focused Build, Service Central, & Jira
• Familiarity with upcoming release activities as part of a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with Production environment sustainment processes
Ability to work remotely
Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $93,800 - $162,610. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
