Position Description:

We CGI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EBS Technical Lead with strong expertise in Oracle E Business Suite Finance and SplashBI.
In this role, you will engage with clients and internal teams across multiple locations, providing leadership and technical guidance for enterprise scale Oracle EBS initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Finance modules, technical architecture, integrations, reporting solutions, and business process optimization. You will collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders to define solution strategies, drive program execution, and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.

This position can be performed at the client site in Marlborough, MA (Preferred), Lafayette, LA, Belton, TX, Knoxville, TN in a hybrid model.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Lead Engineer / Tech Lead Capabilities:
. Ability to own end to end technical delivery for Splash BI implementations
. Perform architecture reviews and guide design decisions with minimal oversight
. Lead code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
. Identify technical risks early and recommend mitigation strategies
. Comfortable acting as a technical point of contact between engineering, delivery, and business teams

Operational & Production Readiness:
. Experience supporting production BI environments
. Ability to troubleshoot data issues, failed loads, and reporting discrepancies
. Strong understanding of change management, releases, and cutover planning
. Experience creating and maintaining Runbooks, Technical documentation and Data lineage and reconciliation guides.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

At least 9+ years of experience required as an Oracle EBS experience and following below experiences:

Need 4-5 years experience in Splash BI Expertise. Hands on experience implementing and supporting Splash BI in an enterprise environment. Strong understanding of Splash BI data models, cubes, and reporting structures. Ability to optimize Splash BI performance for large Finance datasets. Experience supporting Finance stakeholders

Need 6+years experience in Oracle E Business Suite (EBS) - Finance. Deep experience with Oracle EBS Finance modules, such as GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management. Strong understanding of EBS table structures and data relationships. Ability to extract, transform, and reconcile EBS financial data for BI/reporting use cases. Experience working with EBS customizations and extensions

Data & Integration Skills: Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, performance tuning, reconciliation queries). Experience building data feeds from Oracle EBS into BI platforms. Familiarity with File based integrations (SFTP, scheduled extracts), Data transformation and validation. Understanding of financial data controls and audit requirements

Soft Skills: Experience working with global and distributed teams. Ownership mindset - focuses on outcomes, not just tasks

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $98,500.00 $194,000.00.
