Oracle EBS Finance Technical Lead to lead architecture, design, integration, and support initiatives across Oracle E-Business Suite Finance, with a strong focus on
Virtual Card Payments and
Supply Chain Funding (SCF) programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Financials, payment solutions, banking integrations, and technical development within Oracle EBS environments.
In this role, you will- Lead architecture, design, implementation, and support activities for Oracle EBS Finance solutions.
- Design and implement Oracle Financials solutions across:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Cash Management (CE)
- Oracle Payments (IBY)
- Drive Virtual Card payment initiatives and supplier financing solutions.
- Design and support Supply Chain Funding (SCF) and Supplier Financing integrations.
- Lead integrations with:
- Banking partners
- Treasury Management Systems
- Supplier Portals
- Third-party applications and platforms
- Develop and maintain:
- PL/SQL packages, procedures, and scripts
- APIs and Open Interface solutions
- BI Publisher/XML Publisher reports
- Shell scripts and automation utilities
- Implement job automation and scheduling solutions using:
- AutoSys
- Unix/Linux scripting
- Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable Oracle Finance solutions.
Work ModelHybrid - Irving, TXWhat you need to have to be considered- 10+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Finance applications.
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.10 or higher.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Oracle Payments (IBY)
- Procurement
- Strong development experience with:
- PL/SQL
- SQL
- Oracle APIs and Open Interfaces
- Experience building and supporting REST and SOAP integrations.
- Hands-on experience with BI Publisher/XML Publisher reporting.
- Experience with AutoSys job scheduling.
- Strong Unix/Linux Shell Scripting skills.
- Experience working with SFTP, XML, and JSON technologies.
- Experience integrating Oracle EBS with banking and treasury platforms.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
These will help you stand out- Experience implementing Virtual Card payment solutions.
- Experience supporting Supply Chain Funding (SCF) or Supplier Financing programs.
- Knowledge of banking payment processes and treasury operations.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise Oracle Finance environments.
- Exposure to Oracle Financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Ability to lead technical design discussions and mentor development teams.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

$83,250 - $112,500, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
