Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management Information Systems required
• 8+ years of experience in ERP application implementations, mostly with NetSuite
• Strong understanding of Agile or Waterfall implementation methods
• 5+ years deep understanding of business processes required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential
• 5+ years' experience in the accounting industry or project work connecting with accounting principles
• Experience with SOX compliance controls development is an advantage
• Professional designations (CPIM, CIRM, CSCP) or NetSuite certifications preferred
• Experience in discrete or process manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design accounting features for core products
• Create high-level implementation designs and address deployment challenges
• Analyze enterprise business processes and assess impacts on solutions and architectures
• Define future state architectures and optimize existing customer solutions
• Negotiate strategies and approaches with clients
• Implement solutions directly for customers and collaborate with senior consultants for broader implementation
• Maintain relationships with senior technology staff across various departments
• Provide iterative feedback to refine target architecture documentation according to company standards
• Manage project scope and oversee change management processes.
