We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our consulting sales process across multiple Oracle SaaS pillars (ERP, SCM, Cx). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales process, crafting compelling win themes, and engaging with C-level executives to establish trust and become a valued advisor. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle's SaaS offerings, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in consultative sales with deep content expertise.
Your role
Leadership of Sales Process: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including delivery and industry teams, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
Crafting Win Themes: - Develop persuasive win themes and value propositions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Create compelling presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral to effectively communicate value and differentiate our offerings.
Engaging with C-level Executives: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance on how Oracle SaaS solutions can address their business needs and drive value.
KPIs Management: - Achievement of Sales Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual booking targets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and manage the sales cycle effectively.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering value-added solutions and exceptional service.
- Win Rate: Continuously improve win rates through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Your skills and experience- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 10 years plus years of experience in consultative sales in the Oracle SaaS ecosystem.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a complex sales environment.
- Strong understanding of Oracle's SaaS offerings and the ability to articulate their value proposition effectively.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive business results.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $ 103,879 - $326,250
