OR/PACU Managerto join our team at
Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area in
Menlo Park, California and as needed in
San Ramon, California.- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Pacific Time
- Compensation: $160,000 to $170,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the
OR/PACU Manager will:
- Help to plan and organize Clinical Services responsibilities to increase staff efficiency and best utilize the staffs' skills and abilities
- Help to set goals for Clinical Services staff and motivate staff to accomplish the goals
- Coordinate the effective delivery of patient services by monitoring patient flow and program operations
- Assist with the training and orientation of staff
- Administer performance appraisal evaluations for clinical staff
- Assist in addressing and resolving day-to-day issues that pertain to clinical operations.
- Assist primary nurses with coverage as needed and monitors workloads
- Handle patient issues/complaints

Qualifications and Skills Include:- OR/PACU Experience
- Valid RN License or willing to obtain upon hire
- BS in nursing, healthcare administration, education, or business management required
- Prior Supervisory/Management experience and demonstrated leadership qualities and activities required; 3-5 years preferred
- Ability to work well independently and demonstrate good judgment along with the ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
- Knowledge of clinical procedures, program operations, computer software, and equipment
