Watson Clinic is a large multi-specialty group seeking a full-time Optometrist to join a well-established practice in Lakeland, FL working under the medical supervision of one of our Board-Certified Ophthalmologists.- Large physician-owned group comprised of over 220 physicians across 20 locations

- In-house Optical shop
- EMR and administrative support for coding, billing & collections
- Outpatient-focused position. No traditional after-hours call (coverage limited to office hours)
- Comfortable managing comprehensive medical eye exams and ongoing ocular disease management
- On-site testing devices including HVFs, OCTs, Corneal Topographer, and Fundus Camera
- Collaborative environment with strong physician and administrative leadership support
Qualifications:- Education: Doctor of Optometry (O.D.)
- Board Certification through the American Board of Optometry (ABO)
- CPR/BLS certification is required
- Strong clinical skills with commitment to patient-centered care
- Active, unrestricted FL license (or the ability to obtain FL license) is required
