ClearSight Vision Associates, a Visionworks Sublease practice located in Rosenberg, Texas, is seeking an immediate-hire Associate Optometrist / Staff Optometrist to provide thorough, patient-centered care in a fast-growing Fort Bend County community. What You'll Do:
As the Associate Optometrist, you'll deliver comprehensive exams, contact lens care, ocular disease management, urgent eye visits, referrals, and timely documentation. Current patient volume generally ranges from 8-15 patients per day, with capacity and a clear goal to grow. You'll also play an important role in maintaining high patient satisfaction, building stable associate-led coverage, and helping shape a young, expanding practice as it reaches its next stage of growth.
The ideal candidate is patient-centered, collaborative, efficient without rushing, and comfortable providing full-scope care. Strong communication, documentation, and a commitment to long-term practice growth are key. Medical optometry, ocular disease, glaucoma, contact lens, and dry eye experience are preferred.
Qualifications include an OD degree, Texas optometry license or eligibility, and TPA/OGS credentials or eligibility. The role is full-time, approximately 32-40 hours per week, with a negotiable schedule.
Compensation and Benefits:
Target compensation is $125,000-$170,000, depending on schedule and experience, plus production bonus opportunity. Malpractice coverage, continuing education support, PTO/health benefit support, and relocation assistance may be negotiated as part of the final package.
