Position Details:• Pay: $70/hour, paid bi-weekly (Guaranteed 40-hour workweek for full-time; weekends
excluded)
• Schedule: Closed weekends
• Part Time Tuesday and Wednesday
• Location: Private office setting

o Eligible after 1 year of employment upon meeting performance goals
o 3% employer contribution per pay period

Requirements:- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Active state licensure
- Must sign standard non-compete agreement prior to start
