Sun State Eye Care in Phoenix, Arizona, is a caring and supportive practice offering an exciting opportunity for an Optometrist who wants to provide full-scope eye care while enjoying great hours that support work-life balance. What you'll do:

In this role, you'll provide comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages, including diagnosing, treating, and managing ocular conditions such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye disease, macular degeneration, and ocular infections. You'll prescribe eyewear and fit contact lenses, deliver medical eye care within the Arizona scope of practice, and use advanced diagnostic technology, including Optovue OCT and Fundus Camera, Oculus visual field, Neurolens, Zeiss iProfiler auto-refractor, topographer, and auto-phoropter, to support accurate evaluations and personalized treatment plans. You'll also educate patients, coordinate care with other healthcare providers, maintain timely electronic medical records, collaborate with technicians, opticians, and administrative staff, and build lasting patient relationships through compassionate, high-quality care in a flexible 21- to 36-hour weekly schedule.
