Earn up to $200,000 | Full-Scope Medical Optometry | Surgical Co-Management | North King County/South Snohomish, WA

You'll join our Washington team providing comprehensive medical eye care with an emphasis on cataract and glaucoma co-management. You'll work directly with our ophthalmologists in a true team-based model, not as a referral source, but as an integral part of the surgical care pathway. This role is built for optometrists who want complex, intellectually engaging cases and a career that grows alongside a respected surgical practice.
  • Earn up to $200,000 with a strong, transparent production model
  • Practice full-scope medical optometry in an active surgical setting, with no ceiling on your clinical growth
