WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN OPTOMETRIST
  • Licensed Optometrist or eligible for licensure in Florida

DAY-TO-DAY

As an Optometrist with Capital Health Plan, your day will be both diverse and rewarding. You'll provide comprehensive primary eye care services, including diagnosing and managing ocular diseases such as glaucoma, and addressing ocular urgencies and emergencies as they arise. You'll help patients achieve optimal vision through full-service contact lens care and participate in the co-management of surgical patients alongside affiliated ophthalmologists and subspecialists. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with physicians across Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Radiology, Urgent Care, and Chronic Care, utilizing our integrated electronic medical record system to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.
