Responsibilities: - Handling retail and advisory client orders, focusing on timely order entry with a focus on execution quality.
- Monitoring adverse price movements (e.g., in 0DTE options) and ensuring proper, non-risky execution.
- Continual search to improve routing strategy and technology to increase business while focusing on best execution
Qualifications & Skills:- Proven track record in options trading/execution.
- Strong understanding of options pricing, volatility, and strategy, including credit spreads.
- 3-7 years of experience trading Options
- FINRA registrations- Series 7, 57, 4, -are strongly preferred or required within the first few months of employment.
- The ability to process large amounts of complex data quickly to make informed real-time decisions.
- Maintaining composure and decisiveness in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
- Strong numerical skills for mental calculations and understanding complex financial problems.
- Ability to clearly and succinctly convey market insights to stakeholders, portfolio managers, and clients.
