We are seeking a skilled Operations Program Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in driving the success of our F-35 production program portfolio. The ideal candidate will be supporting our Operations Program Management team in: - Achieving 100% on-time delivery across all contract milestones - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, factory, program, and supply chain stakeholders to drive program success - Developing and implementing cost reduction and affordability initiatives to minimize costs and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) - Proactively managing budgets and overseeing Control Account Management (CAM) responsibilities to ensure effective resource allocation and cost control This key role will be instrumental in driving our organization's objectives and ensuring the long-term success of our production programs.
