Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant work experience in operations management or equivalent field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective presentations to leadership.
• Highly motivated with a focus on solutions and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated expertise in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Cost Account Management.
• Solid business and financial understanding to manage scope and budget effectively.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams successfully.
• Ability to obtain Special Access Clearance for sensitive program involvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations content for the ACES product line as an Operations Program Manager III.
• Monitor and ensure program performance against established quality, schedule, and cost baselines.
• Present operational data clearly to various management levels.
• Track costs and present budget positions, including explanations of variances.
• Facilitate project/team meetings, providing clear direction to functional areas.
• Promote teamwork among staff working on different program phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
