Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Operations projects, serving as liaison between program management and delivery teams.
• Develop strategies and prioritize operational initiatives in collaboration with Operations and Program Management.
• Act as the main contact point between Operations and the Program Office for project status and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate Operations activities with Program Managers to meet schedules, budget targets, and quality standards.
• Facilitate cross-organizational alignment to identify opportunities and overcome challenges for project success.
• Review production reports for efficiency and identify plans to rectify negative trends.
• Participate in capital budget assessments and recommend improvements for facility operations.
