Qualifications

• 5-6 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for leadership interactions.
• Highly motivated with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Cost Account Management.
• Solid understanding of business finance, with ability to manage budgets and scope.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Eligibility for Special Access Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations content for the ACES product line as Operations Program Manager II.
• Manage program performance in terms of quality, schedule, and cost.
• Monitor and present Operations data clearly to management teams.
• Track costs using existing tools, presenting budget positions and variance explanations.
• Facilitate project/team meetings, providing direction to various functions.
• Foster teamwork among personnel across different phases of the program.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes that enhance efficiency.
