Your Day to Day as an Operational Excellence Black Belt:- Master LSS Principles: Develop deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies, and tools to lead impactful projects.
- Drive Measurable Results: Execute projects delivering visible improvements in quality, delivery, and cost.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Connect and collaborate with managers and supervisors while educating them on the value of LSS.
- Facilitate Effective Meetings: Lead team discussions that encourage valuable input and inspire collaboration.
- Champion Your Team's Success: Work closely with project Champions to navigate obstacles and secure essential resources for your team.
- Mentor and Coach: Share your knowledge by coaching Black Belt candidates, Yellow Belts, and team members while promoting ownership of projects.
- Celebrate Achievements: Ensure that your team's efforts and successes are publicly acknowledged and celebrated.
Required Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong and demonstrable potential for leadership and the ability to build effective relationships.
- Ability to lead teams through challenging situations and propose impactful improvements.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to positively influence stakeholders.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance.
Preferred Additional Qualifications:- Five or more years of experience, demonstrating a broad range of responsibilities and exposure to diverse challenges.
- Prior leadership experience.

Pay: $70,000 - $103,000
The base salary range for this position in Tennessee (US-TN) at the start of employment is expected to be between $70,000 and $103,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed 'at-will,' unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
