Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Operations Training Lead to join or team!

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Design and deliver role-specific training tracks for C-UAS and Operations personnel.
  • Coordinate with OEM vendors and industry representatives to incorporate platform-specific training and system updates into program curricula.
  • Conduct periodic and refresher training in accordance with U.S. Government program guidance and vendor requirements regarding proper system operation, care, and preventive practices.
  • Evaluate operator proficiency through structured assessments; identify gaps and develop remediation plans.
  • Coordinate with field operations teams to ensure training curricula reflects real-world scenarios and current operational requirements.
  • Support readiness evaluations and ensure personnel are qualified prior to deployment or assumption of operational duties.
  • Coordinate training activities with Core Office pillar leads, site managers, and government representatives.
  • Work with industry partners and OEM representatives to deliver periods of instruction on new equipment and system upgrades.
  • Coordinate with geographically separated personnel supporting field training, installations, and system familiarization.
  • Coordinate with appropriate federal, non-federal, military, contractor, and foreign government officials as required to execute training activities.
  • Present training program status, readiness metrics, and briefings to senior managers - both orally and in written format.
  • Provide regular updates on training activity, program readiness status, and upcoming training requirements to the Core Office.
  • Other duties as assigned by management in order to support customer requirements.


What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree required plus 10 years of experience, or 15+ years' professional experience in lieu of education.
  • 8+ years of experience in training program management, adult learning, or operational workforce development - preferably in a government, defense, or technical environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a mature training enterprise inclusive of curriculum development, POIs, lesson plans, student learning aids, and regular field-driven curriculum updates.
  • Experience managing training programs for geographically distributed teams operating across domestic and international locations.
  • Experience developing and delivering technical training on electronic systems, RF communications, information technology, or related operational platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across a dynamic, politically sensitive environment while maintaining training quality and personnel readiness.
  • Experience communicating technical and program information effectively to multiple stakeholders and adhering to established communications plans.
  • Experience supporting government program reviews, audits, or readiness inspections.
  • 14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot License (required)
  • Secret clearance must be obtained and maintained before start


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
  • Working knowledge of instructional systems design (ISD) principles, adult learning theory, and training evaluation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Department of State Foreign Affairs Handbook (FAH) and Foreign Affairs Manual (FAM) requirements - or comparable government regulatory framework.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Project.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; capable of presenting training program status and recommendations to senior government and contractor leadership.
  • Proactive problem-solver; expected to present problems and recommended solutions simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within team structures while exercising initiative and maintaining strong attention to detail.


Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.

This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.

Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00
