All about the role:

The Operations & Systems Supply Chain Manager leads warehouse operations and digital manufacturing solutions for the Springfield plant. This role is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient material flow from receiving through production, overseeing manufacturing systems and data integrity, and driving operational excellence through process optimization and digital transformation.

The position combines operational leadership with digital expertise to improve performance, simplify processes, reduce costs, and support continuous improvement across the site.

Where you'll be:

This position will be based in Springfield, TN.

What you'll do:

  • Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, storage, picking, and production replenishment, ensuring uninterrupted material flow and cost optimization.
  • Improve inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, corrective actions, and robust inventory governance.
  • Drive warehouse, material handling, and process improvements to increase operational efficiency, productivity, and space utilization.
  • Strengthen EHS compliance and workplace safety while optimizing labor productivity, workforce planning, and staffing.
  • Lead digital manufacturing and transformation initiatives, delivering automation, system integration, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Manage MES, ERP, reporting, and production data systems, ensuring data integrity, governance, and operational reliability.
  • Partner with IT and Operations to enhance system performance, user adoption, and real-time operational visibility through OT and enterprise system integration.
  • Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline teams, fostering accountability, engagement, continuous improvement, and succession planning.
  • Own key operational KPIs (safety, delivery, inventory accuracy, productivity, scrap, and absenteeism) and leveraged analytics, dashboards, training, and change management to drive performance improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, or operations leadership experience.
  • Proven track record leading large teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong expertise in MES/WMS (Delmia Apriso preferred), ERP systems, and system integrations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional process improvement, transformation, and change management initiatives.
  • Proficient in data analytics, reporting, and visualization tools.
