Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for empowering teams and driving results in the insurance industry? GEICO is seeking a forward thinking and motivated Supervisor with an active Property & Casualty Insurance License or Personal Insurance License to join our management team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and develop associates in Sales, Services, or Claims, depending on your unique background and expertise. What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in the property and casualty insurance industry in any of the related fields such as Sales, Service, and Claims.


  • Placement with our Sales Leadership.


  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License or Personal Insurance License (required).


  • Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams in a customer-centric environment.


  • Strong results orientation, with a history of meeting or exceeding performance goals.


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt leadership styles to diverse individuals and situations.


  • Expertise in property and casualty insurance, including familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
