Full Job Description
Our client has an immediate need for a Legal Operations Supervisor with Law Firm experience to supervise a team of 10-12 specialists while supporting attorneys in delivering the highest level of client service. This position is on-site 5 days a week in the Los Angeles office.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity. In this role you will manage deadlines, shifting priorities, and a consistently heavy workload. This role combines hands-on legal support with team oversight across, requiring deep law firm experience and management skills. Details are below:

Pay rate: $40/hr - $50/hr
Location: 5 days on-site, Los Angeles

RESPONSIBILITIES
Team leadership
    • Supervise, assign, and review work for a team of Attorney Resource Group specialists; provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback
    • Manage high-volume workload distribution and rapidly shifting priorities across all Firm offices simultaneously; hand off work with clear instructions to maintain quality
    • Support adoption of new technology to improve team efficiency and work product quality
Court filing & service of process
    • Prepare and oversee state and federal court filings, including e-filing and service of process, in compliance with applicable jurisdictional and local rules
    • Conduct and manage federal filings via PACER/CM-ECF, including docket monitoring and deadline tracking
    • Make and manage hearing reservations, coordinating with court systems and attorney calendars
Legal document support
    • Create, edit, format, and proofread legal documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for accuracy and consistency
    • Promptly respond to multiple simultaneous attorney requests and efficiently manage high-volume document workflows, scheduling, and Firm resources without sacrificing quality
    • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
