Job Description

As our new Operations and Strategy Specialist, you will be coordinating strategic initiatives, driving operational excellence, and representing our Brookshire facility to customers, executives, and community stakeholders all while supporting plant leadership with high-impact projects, communications, and data-driven insights. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Regional Operations team, you'll create impact by bridging strategy and execution by ensuring plant objectives stay on track, leadership stays aligned, and every visitor leaves inspired by what Grundfos stands for. Located in Brookshire, Texas this role requires one to be in the office on-site daily.

Your main responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate the plant's strategic deployment process, tracking KPIs, action plans, and milestone progress while developing executive dashboards and performance reports
  • Support the Regional Operations Director and Plant Leadership Team with high-priority projects, meeting preparation, and cross-functional follow-up on key decisions
  • Lead planning and execution of customer, executive, government, and community visits - delivering engaging plant tours that showcase safety, innovation, and sustainability
  • Develop internal communications and visual storytelling that highlight plant successes, employee achievements, and continuous improvement milestones
  • Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations and leverage AI tools to improve reporting, automate workflows, and boost productivity across the plant
  • Support GPS, Lean, and Continuous Improvement initiatives while ensuring alignment between plant goals and regional business objectives

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or operations coordination roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, data visualization, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Experience with AI and Copilot tools for reporting and productivity enhancement

It is a plus if you also:
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment supporting plant or site leadership
  • Familiarity with Lean, Continuous Improvement, or strategic deployment frameworks
  • Background in employer branding, community engagement, or corporate communications

The salary range for this position is $78,100.00 - $113,000.00. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate's profile. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. The salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in this region.
