Harness your organizational and strategic expertise to drive operational excellence across our product organization and ensure our teams and leaders are equipped for success! Join our Product & Experience Analytics Team and play a critical role in coordinating initiatives, managing executive deliverables, and structuring how we operate across multiple analytics-driven workstreams that shape the future of product development productivity at Chase.

As an Operations Strategy Senior Associate on the Product & Experience Analytics Team , your role will combine program execution, stakeholder communication, organizational support, and executive communication. You will play a crucial program management role, ensuring our projects, meetings, and deliverables are executed flawlessly and in alignment with leadership's strategic priorities. This position offers broad visibility across the product and analytics organization, providing opportunities to learn about financial services lines of business and products (e.g., credit cards, home loans), operational strategy, product design, experiment management, and data-driven business transformation.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as a consultant aiming to solve business problems that drive qualitative and quantitative business value
  • Coordinate and manage operational rhythms across multiple pilot programs designed to enhance product development efficiency.
  • Prepare leaders for key meetings by owning data requests, presentation materials, and talking points spanning three integrated teams.
  • Serve as the connective hub between analytics, product, and finance stakeholders, ensuring alignment on pilot status, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Build and maintain high-quality decks and reporting for senior audiences.
  • Manage governance activities, including maintaining pilot roadmaps, progress tracking, and internal communications.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that streamline operating cadences and enhance overall team productivity.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure critical initiatives are prioritized, documented, and tracked through completion.
  • Maintain a rigorous controls environment to ensure accurate and timely results.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • 3+ years of industry experience in consulting, solution design, or business analytics roles (e.g., marketing analytics, sales analytics, business insights)
  • Experience with data analytics and/or visualization techniques (e.g. SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx), as well as big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Cassandra, AWS)
  • Excellent communication, with an ability to convey the strategic vision in a digestible manner for varying technical and senior audiences
  • Knowledge of design thinking practices and tools (e.g., Lucid, Figma, customer journey mapping) and product management principles (e.g., Agile)
  • Consulting orientation with ability to influence and effectively lead cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter with out-of-the box problem solving skills and a drive to bring new ideas to life
  • Experience and knowledge of data science and analytical methodologies and approaches, and understanding of various artificial intelligence functionalities
  • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline

  • Experience at a consulting firm, in tech, or financial services/banking industry
  • Understanding of the financial services or retail banking industry
