The Opportunity:
The Operations Specialist (SACO) plays a critical role in enhancing organizational performance by analyzing higher-level task assignments, optimizing workflows, leveraging collaborative technologies, and supporting program planning and evaluation. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating complex operational requirements and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency across the project office.
Responsibilities:
Analyze higher-echelon task assignments and ensure timely communication of internal and external taskers throughout the project office.
Develop workflow optimization and scheduling processes to strengthen operational execution.
Design, adapt, and maintain information technology solutions—such as SharePoint and Windchill—to support collaboration, streamline processes, and improve information management.
Recommend performance and process improvements that enhance efficiency, product/service quality, and organizational effectiveness.
Plan, coordinate, and develop work products that support program development and execution.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of organizational programs, providing management with insights to improve initiatives, SOPs, and strategic plans.
Qualifications:
Required:
Active Secret Security Clearance
Experience analyzing organizational tasks and coordinating operations across multiple stakeholders.
Strong ability to design or adapt IT-based solutions (SharePoint, Windchill, or comparable systems).
Demonstrated skills in workflow optimization, process improvement, or operational planning.
Experience evaluating programs using quantitative and qualitative methods.
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical abilities.
Desired:
Knowledge of project or program management principles.
Experience creating collaborative digital environments or automated workflows.
Ability to develop recommendations that align organizational strategy and operational priorities.
Experience with Life Cycle Management Process (LCMP) and Enterprise Task Management Suspense System (ETMS2) Task Management Systems.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,700 - $165,200
