Full Job Description
Savan is seeking an Operations Site Production Manager to support a federal client in a records and information management environment. This role is responsible for overseeing onsite operations, ensuring service delivery, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager will serve as a key point of contact for Government stakeholders and act on behalf of the Program Manager as needed. The ideal candidate will bring experience managing site operations, developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and addressing operational challenges in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time-sensitive priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day onsite operations and ensure effective service delivery
