Position Overview:This role will support key strategic operations and supply chain initiatives across RTX and play a critical role honing the precision of our global operations. The ideal candidate has a consulting mindset, thrives in a problem-solving environment, and demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful impact. Candidates with experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strategy consulting, and supply chain or manufacturing operations will excel in this role.
What You Will Do:- Problem Solving and Analytical Insight:
- Apply a structured problem-solving approach to diagnose challenges, identify opportunities, and develop actionable solutions for complex business challenges.
- Synthesize large datasets and unstructured information into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Leverage advanced analytics tools and techniques to uncover opportunities for operational optimization and cost reduction.
- Strategic Thinking:
- Collaborate and consult with stakeholders to shape strategic priorities and align initiatives with organizational goals.
- Contribute to the development of business cases and strategy roadmaps for high-impact projects.
- Collaborative Engagement:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams through the operations council framework to translate data insights into efficient, scalable actions.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions leveraging our CORE operating model to guide teams through recommendations.
- Presentation and Communication:
- Translate complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Develop high-quality presentations and reports that effectively communicate insights and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications You Must Have:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience (7 years with advanced degree) working in in data analysis, FP&A, strategy consulting, applied to Supply Chain/Operations/Manufacturing

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
