Full Job Description
The Operations Scheduling Specialist will:
  • Lead by example and enforce compliance with customer and company policies, procedures, and work standards.
  • Develop and maintain scheduling processes and business rhythms to review, analyze, and organize shift requests to ensure contract coverage requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with training and operations management to identify performance trends and training needs.
  • Provide on-site operational leadership during assigned on-call shifts and in the absence of management staff.
  • Maintain systems for tracking, securing, storing, and maintaining radio equipment.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment while mentoring and supporting team members.
  • Prepare accurate, detailed, and timely operational reports.
  • Enforce workplace security policies, procedures, and uniform standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and continuously seek opportunities to improve operational quality and efficiency.
  • Exercise sound judgment, make timely decisions, and provide real-time guidance to staff.
  • Safeguard confidential information and protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in accordance with company policies.


Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph, and the ability to maintain the required security clearance throughout employment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience scheduling personnel or coordinating staffing resources to meet operational requirements.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based applications.
  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods (up to 8 hours).

65.00
