Overview

 The Operations/Research Analyst, Journeyman provides comprehensive research and analysis support for the task order for US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM); Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center; Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate.

Responsibilities
  • Performs professional and scientific work requiring the design, development, and adaptation of mathematical and statistical modeling and scientific methods to analyze operational problems.
  • Supports program reviews, meetings, etc. Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Provide cost estimating expertise to all personnel, at all organizational levels, on matters pertaining to the development, availability, and application of cost analysis methodology.
  • Prepare, develop, and review program office estimates (POEs).
  • Provide guidance and review of Government Cost Estimates.
  • Conduct cost studies to facilitate the development of acquisition documentation for all aspects of lifecycle management.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in the execution of Army and Department of Defense cost-saving efforts (i.e., Will/Should Cost initiatives).
  • Prepare miscellaneous cost reports provided to senior level management.
Qualifications

Required:

 

  • Minimum 5 years experience and/or AS/AA or 2yr Tech School; or HS/GED w/ 10 years or military experience E5 and up
  • Knowledgeable with Department of Defense cost policies (e.g., DoDI 5000.73) as well as component policies (e.g., Department of the Army’s Cost Analysis Manual).
  • TS/SCI Clearance

 

Salary Range: $96,300 - $118,089

 

The above salary range represents a general guidline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. 

 

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
