Operations Requirements Manager The Opportunity: As an Operations Requirements Manager, you'll bring your leadership, consulting, strategic, tactical, technical, Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF), Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), high combatant command, and operational knowledge and skills to work with thought leaders in aviation maintenance, flight operations, logistics and supply chain, training and education, mission systems, platform requirements, policy, organizational alignment, and training requirements on projects for the Air Force. You'll sharpen your skills as you research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, support, and equip mission owners and operators with advanced weapon system capabilities. You Have: 30+ years of experience in Flight Operations, Mission Systems, or Training and Education, including the development and coordination of weapon system requirements, development of AFGSC Policy, and advocating for or influencing user community requirements Knowledge of division functions and interdependencies of responsibilities for system requirement development and deployment Ability to synchronize and manage the acquisition and development process from determination of the need of a material solution to full operational capability TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience operating and planning E-4B or NAOC systems and processes at an operational unit Knowledge of NAOC operations in support of strategic operation Ability to articulate issues to Directorate and Division leadership regarding development and deployment of aviation maintenance, flight operations, mission systems, and logistics systems Master's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
