Responsibilities

  • Partner cross-functionally with teams to establish shipping schedules based on production and material readiness.
  • Ensure ship schedules are realistic and executable, addressing manufacturing constraints early on.
  • Drive execution by monitoring production status and troubleshooting issues on the factory floor.
  • Lead meetings to address production, quality, and supply chain issues, ensuring timely completion of action items.
  • Coordinate with customers and logistics teams for effective shipment scheduling and handling.
  • Monitor customer SLA requirements, identify delays, and implement corrective actions timely.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams in a dynamic environment.

Full Job Description
Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000K-$135,900K.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs

Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for partnering cross-functionally with Customer, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to establish Clear-to-Build dates and develop accurate shipping commit schedules based on factory capacity, production readiness, and material availability.
• Responsible for ensuring committed ship schedules are realistic, executable, and aligned with current manufacturing constraints. This includes leveraging hands-on manufacturing experience to identify risks early and support timely execution.
• Responsible for driving execution to committed ship schedules by actively monitoring production status, going to the factory floor as needed, troubleshooting issues, escalating concerns, and working with cross-functional team leaders to resolve blockers.
• Responsible for leading efficient meetings and follow-ups to address open issues for production, quality and supply chain, align teams on priorities, and ensure action items are completed in a timely manner
• Responsible for coordinating with the customer, Hyve Traffic Team, and freight forwarders to ensure shipments are properly scheduled, booked, and aligned with delivery requirements, including truck size, delivery windows, special handling, white glove service, security requirements, and air shipments when applicable.
• Responsible for monitoring customer SLA requirements, including PO to RTS cycle times, identifying causes of delays, and ensuring root causes and corrective actions are tracked and implemented cross-functionally.
• Responsible for working closely with Manufacturing to ensure committed cycle times are met and customer expectations are properly met.
• Responsible for tracking customer rework requests, changing order requests, and sustaining requests, while ensuring cost coverage is confirmed before MCOs or work orders are generated.
• Responsible for maintaining clear communication with the customer and internal teams, especially in a fast-paced environment where priorities, schedules, and requirements may change unexpectedly.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of related industry or job experience, or Associate's degree with a minimum of 5-8+ years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Operations experience required, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with the ability to react quickly and remain productive during unexpected changes.
• High-volume reporting and data analysis experience required.
• certifications and relevant work experience.
• Server, rack, or related product knowledge preferred.
• Excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers, internal teams, and cross-functional leaders.
• Proven self-starter and quick learner with strong computer skills.
• Possesses a can-do attitude, operates with a sense of urgency, and remains highly focused on customer needs, KPIs, and execution.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working through diverse and complex problems using data, judgment, and cross-functional input.
• Self-directed with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through.
• Proven ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure customer interactions.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Some travel and work outside normal business hours may be required based on customer or business needs.
