Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications: - Experience with funding operations, budget governance, or payments.
- Experience leveraging AI tools or methodologies to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally to solve complex problems, drive project ownership, and align business objectives.

Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day operations to enable the global Google.org team to meet funding goals with a focus on delivery.
- Collaborate globally with external partners, such as vendor operations and donor-advised funds, to set objectives and implement process improvements.
- Work across Google.org and internal partners, including finance, compliance, legal, and partnerships, to align goals and drive effective change management.
- Manage an overview of project goals and deliverables presented on a timeline, using the roadmap to manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate resources.
- Establish and track processes in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with compliance and finance policies while identifying opportunities for automation.
