Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in automotive OEM or supplier manufacturing.
• Proven success in leading plant operations with full responsibility for production, quality, supply chain, and safety.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems and supply chain management.
• Experience in launching and scaling new manufacturing operations preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead U.S. operations across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
• Develop a manufacturing site from scratch, focusing on productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations ensuring reliability and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory quality standards.
• Support the launch of new products and technologies in the U.S. market.
• Manage P&L, budgets, and drive operational cost improvements.
