The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an Operations (OPS) Monitor to support a 24x7 Government mission in a fast-paced operational environment. As an OPS Monitor, you will provide continuous monitoring of mission systems, maintain operational awareness, identify and document anomalies, and ensure timely notification and escalation of operational events. This position serves as a critical member of the operations team by supporting mission continuity through vigilant system monitoring, accurate reporting, and effective communication with Government personnel and technical support teams.

Work Schedule
This position supports a 24x7 operational mission and requires 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.


Responsibilities:
· Monitor operational systems and mission status within a 24x7 operations environment.
· Continuously observe system health and identify operational anomalies or abnormal conditions.
· Notify appropriate Government personnel and technical support teams when issues are identified.
· Perform basic operational troubleshooting in accordance with established procedures before escalating issues when appropriate.
· Document operational events, incidents, and system status within designated reporting and tracking systems.
· Maintain accurate operational logs and shift turnover documentation.
· Brief Government customers on system status, operational impacts, and ongoing events as required.
· Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure timely awareness of mission-impacting events.
· Escalate incidents following established operational procedures and reporting timelines.
· Maintain situational awareness across multiple operational systems simultaneously.
· Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and PowerPoint, along with Government-provided monitoring and reporting tools.
· Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, and reporting requirements.
· Support mission continuity through effective communication during shift turnovers.
· Maintain security requirements while operating within a classified environment.

Qualifications:

Required:
· Active TS/SCI security clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
· Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays to support a 24x7 mission.
· Experience supporting operations, watch floor, intelligence operations, or similar operational environments.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to monitor multiple information sources while maintaining attention to detail.
· Experience documenting operational events and maintaining accurate logs.
· Ability to prioritize competing operational requirements in a dynamic mission environment.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and PowerPoint.
· Ability to follow established operational procedures while exercising sound judgment during mission events.

Desired:
· Two or more years of experience supporting Government or DoD operational missions.
· Previous experience in a 24x7 operations center, watch floor, command center, or enterprise operations environment.
· Experience supporting multi-intelligence (SIGINT, GEOINT, or related intelligence disciplines).
· Familiarity with operational monitoring or enterprise monitoring tools.
· Prior military, intelligence community, or signal operations experience.
· Experience providing operational briefings to Government customers or senior leadership.
