Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operational activities, drive process excellence, and support the success of high-performing teams. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, delivering exceptional service, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Security RequirementsThis position requires
Government Agency (baseline) clearance prior to the start date. A
PIV card is also required.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate operational functions within assigned business areas through direct leadership and team oversight.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and operational support for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop, mentor, and lead high-performing teams by establishing clear goals, providing coaching and feedback, monitoring performance, recognizing achievements, and promoting accountability.
- Maintain compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement improvements to operational processes, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives and operational excellence.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically three or more years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills and Experience- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, systems, procedures, and supported products or services.
- Knowledge of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.
- Ability to analyze operational and financial information and interpret supporting documentation.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $75,820.00 - $89,200.00
