Lead, manage, and develop a team of Plumbing & Electrical Technicians.

Use data to diagnose issues and drive improvement.
Translate operational decisions into financial outcomes.
Partner with operations, dispatch, and customer service to streamline processes.

Ensure responsiveness, professionalism, and highquality service delivery.
5+ years of management experience in plumbing, electrical, or military service (technical background not required).
Ability to inspire and drive personal and professional growth in team members.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of achieving business goals.
Detailoriented, organized, and effective at multitasking.
Strong presentation and group communication skills.
