People leadership and development: You lead, coach, and develop team members, providing timely feedback, recognizing performance, and addressing gaps to build a strong, patient-first culture.

Strong analytical and performance focus: You use data and operational reporting to monitor trends, optimize utilization, improve scheduling accuracy, and drive measurable outcomes.

Financial and compliance acumen: You ensure accuracy in cash handling, payment collection workflows, reporting, and regulatory compliance, maintaining strong controls and accountability.

Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure: You quickly identify operational issues, resolve disruptions, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative communication style: You partner effectively with clinical teams, technologists, physicians, and leadership to ensure aligned, efficient operations and seamless patient care.

What You'll Gain

Enterprise-level impact: Your leadership directly improves patient access, operational performance, and overall site success across multiple modalities and teams.

Purpose-driven leadership: You remove barriers to care, ensuring patients receive timely, efficient, and compassionate service when they need it most.

Operational ownership: Oversee site patient schedules, capacity management, compliance, staffing, and workflow optimization across one or more sites.

Team building and culture shaping: Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and patient-first environment.

Strategic visibility and influence: Partner with senior leadership on operational improvements, performance outcomes, and organizational initiatives.
