Responsibilities:
- Lead the fabrication operation and install teams at our Canton location. Includes oversight and maintenance of truck operations.
- Partner with the Sales team to ensure outstanding customer service, on-time installation of product and meet budget goals.
- Drive the safe operation of team members and equipment.
Requirements
- 10+ years leadership experience, including the management of people, preferably in a medium manufacturing, fabricating, or job shop setting where a hands-on management style is needed.
- Construction industry related products preferred.
- Experience with CNC machinery required.
- Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Technology, or Business Administration preferred.
- Knowledge of modern production scheduling, manufacturing and inventory management principles.
- Knowledge of material handling and the maintenance of trucks preferred.
- Ability to train new employees to proficiency in safety and operations.
- Proven ability to partner as a successful member of a cross-functional team (sales and administration).
- Ability to create, maintain and report safety, production and financial results.
- Adept in the creation and use of spreadsheets and documents.
