Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or a related field.
Preferred qualifications: - Master's or PhD in relevant field.
- Education in, or experience with, machine learning.
- Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or experience in a scripting/programming language (e.g. Python).
- Experience in building scaled operations, efficient workflow design and process documentation in a Trust and Safety environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.

The Sensitive Verticals Google Play Trust and Safety (T&S) team prioritizes user experience, promotes developer success through consistency and trust, and makes the mobile experience the safest it can be across Google Play and Android.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits
Responsibilities - Lead complex projects involving multiple-stakeholders and improve abuse detection systems and mitigate user harm.
- Drive alignment and strengthen partnership with executive stakeholders across T&S and other cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Business Development and Legal.
- Demonstrate core process knowledge to improve workflows and operational workstreams.
- Build deep policy knowledge and product expertise to implement, execute and iteratively improve enforcement operations.
- Articulate complex policy concepts, delivering persuasive communications for executive audiences.
